GMOA warns of potential risk with inflation

Due to the inflation in the country, the cost of living has gone up beyond consumption.

Senal Fernando, Secretary of the Public Officers' Association says that there is a risk of creating a malnourished society.

He says the rise in fuel prices has made it impossible for all people in the country to survive due to rising food prices.

The doctor points out that this condition has affected the entire hospital system.

Accordingly, although patients have to visit the clinic once a month, many patients visit the clinic every two months and there is a shortage of medicines from hospitals.

He points out that two weeks have passed since parents had trouble delivering books to school children and were able to make a living by paying a monthly salary to someone.

Senal Fernando points out that all political parties in Parliament should move away from party politics and work together to implement a sustainable program for today's issue.
